30-Day Warranty

All laptops purchased from WLR Laptops come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers hardware defects and functionality issues.

What's Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Hardware malfunctions and defects
  • Battery issues (if specified in listing)
  • Screen defects
  • Keyboard or trackpad failures
  • Port and connectivity problems

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage after purchase
  • Liquid damage
  • Software issues or viruses
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic imperfections described in the listing
  • Damage from improper use or modification

Return Process

If you experience a covered issue within 30 days:

  1. Contact us via Facebook Messenger or our contact page
  2. Describe the issue and provide photos if applicable
  3. We'll assess the issue and provide a solution
  4. Options include repair, replacement, or full refund

Refunds

Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Return shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by WLR Laptops. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned laptop.

Local Pickup Returns

For local pickup customers in Kalispell, MT, you can return the laptop directly to us during the 30-day warranty period.
